Empty promises

I'm a global shopper client. I've got parcels clearing sometimes within 1 day, and some times it takes WEEKS. I now have a parcel that Aramex is not delivering even 14 days after clearing and me paying all the customs fees. Emails get answered, and they acknowledge I have paid and they promise the parcel will be delivered, but nothing happens. Empty promises from a company that could have been great...
