Empty Promises
<p>Very bad they promises me since Tuesday we are Thursday today and everyday they tell me it will be delivered today so i dont know</p>

The area the parcel was destined for delivery is regarded as an outlying area and deliveries at areas such as this may take up to 72 hours in working days because we use a Network to deliver there and it depends on how often the area is serviced by our Network.
These terms are available on our leaflet and the at the back of the senders' copy waybill. In the event you are not sure what a main center is you are welcome to call our call center on *** to confirm.
We have also been advised that the shipment was delivered and that you were advised telephonically.
Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
