Ordered two books from Amazon. Empty half paper envelope delivered by Aramex. REALLY? No plastic sleeve. Half paper envelope supposed to contain the books has been sliced open and half envelope is empty. Who would load an empty half envelope in the delivery van - WHAT A JOKE - UNACCEPTABLE Call center cuts me off numerous times Website to log complaint DOESN'T WORK
