drivers unfairly exposed to covid19

This company still expects its drivers to get customers to sign for parcels delivered. This is completely unfair on them (and the customer). The drivers are much more exposed to Covid19 if they have to interact so closely with customers. Surely there is a better way to deliver parcels without exposing the drivers so unfairly?
