Drivers terrible attitude and lack of professional

When the Aramex delivery vehicle arrived at my complex this morning, I was not at home and asked that he wait 15 minutes for me to arrive. I got to the complex in about 14 minutes to find that he had already left, with no explanation to the guards. They just said that he was very irritated and left. I left back to work, since he left no indication if he would be returning and about an hour and a half later, the guards call me again to let me know that he had returned. While I was requesting that the guard accept and sign for my package, the driver again got very irritated, swore the guards and left (while they were on the phone with me). It is extremely disappointing that people like this are allowed to be the face of the company and exhibit such a low level of professionalism. In future, I will not be using any company that uses ARAMEX as the courier of choice.
