DRIVERS LIE ABOUT ATTEMPTING DELIVERY YET THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME OR COME TO MY ADDRESS

On several ocassions, when tracking my parcel, its would say that aramex" attempted to deliver the parcel but the client wasn't there" BUT no one called me nor arrived at my complex. when im not home, i ask security to look out for delivery guys from aramex. i constantly have to call their offices and its becoming irritating. why do their drivers lie about attempting delivery whilst they didnt even try to contact the person NOR pull up at the persons address?
