Drivers lie about attempting deliveries

My tracking has updated to "Attempted delivery - customer not available". I've been sitting home all day waiting for this package, took off from work, only to be **** to by Aramex? No one came to the gate, no one phoned me, no one dialled the unit which directs to my phone too. No one appears on the CCTV camera from Aramex the entire day yet you say you attempted delivery and I was not available. What lie is this?

Please provide an update as to why I've wasted my day waiting and Aramex **** about attempting to deliver.
