Driver throwing cigarette butt out of window

The Manager / To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I witnesses one of your drivers of courier vehicle CA441-447 throwing a cigarette butt out of his window while driving down Christiaan Barnard Street in Cape Town at +- 13:10 Tuesday, 15 September 2015. (I driving in a silver Mercedes-Benz right behind his vehicle - and indicated to him further down the road that his manager will be contacted).<br> <br> I find this behaviour unacceptable for obvious reasons. I sincerely hope the required action will be taken.<br> <br> Vernon Chalmers
