Driver threatened my safety

I had a serious confrontation with one of your drivers. He firstly phoned my mother whom the parcels were addressed stating that he is at the gate, he then tells her that he has left since no one opened for him even though he didn’t call prior. She asks him to come back to the gate and someone will open for him. He comes back and hoots violently at a neighbours gate, some of the neighbours even came out of their houses to see who was hooting so loudly. I instruct him to drive up to my gate, which he does. He started unpacking the car and says that he called my mothers number and it’s not his fault that he couldn’t find her. I ask him whose fault was it since he didn’t even care to notice that the number he had only had 9 digits. He starts telling me that it’s not his fault that they captured the number incorrectly. I then ask him then who is he blaming for their own admin faults. I tell him that he can not come to my house and start making accusations that we have no input on. He then threatens me by saying, “I will have you!” Which to me is a serious threat to my safety as he is insinuating that he was going to cause me harm. I then told him to pack up all those boxes back to his car and get out my yard. He then says that he will pack them back in the car with “pleasure” and he proceeds to pack the boxes I call my mom whom the parcels were addressed, to tell her the story as it’s unfolding. On the background he’s busy bickering about how much we are going to pay double for this and what not. He then overhears my conversation with my mother over the phone and he says that he even understands my language, which I didn’t really care if he did or didn’t cos whatever I said on the phone having a private conversation with my mom I was willing to repeat to him in his own language as well. He carried on bickering and making statements until one of my male neighbors comes over to tell him to leave after I had threatened to call the security company on him which he didn’t take too seriously. I then took a pic of the car as well as him as evidence. This man has threatened my safety knowing very well that I was alone with the kids and for him to even say to me “ I will have you” in the mist of what the country is dealing with with all the gender based violence that is so prevalent. After I chased him out my yard, he then called my mom with a changed attitude to ask her to drop off the parcels of which I refused as that employee of yours threatened my safety and the safety of my children. I isn’t even get a chance to take his name but I have his cellphone number as +*** and his car registration is ND181286
