Driver is refusing to deliver parcel, its been 8 days now.

The most useless over night company I ever had to deal with. My parcel was sent Sunday/Monday to date I have not received NOTHING. Everyday they advise they give it to the agents who NEVER call to come to my house. The call I had was the driver telling me meet him at the police station which is a 30 min walk to only so that's an hour that I would need to walk, he dropped the phone without any solution. They said Thursday, Thursday they said Friday, Friday was Monday between 6-7pm because they delaying and today I am still on the phone making 5 calls to find out where my parcel is. I AM DAMN ****ED OFF. SEND ME THE PARCEL OR RETURN IT. THE POINT OF AN OVERNIGHT IS OVERNIGHT NOT 7 WORKING DAYS. TJEER I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANNOYED LIKE THIS. VERY USELESS. I also dont get the drivers who take the parcel and refuse to do door to door delivery, just dont take the parcel. I am starting to think they stole the parcel.
