Driver has been driving around with my parcel for 3 days!!!! DISAPPOINTED IN ARAMEX!

What was once our go-to courier will no longer be used by me and my family! It's- 1-3 day delivery period, here I am on day 5 and STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE!!!!!! The driver has had my package for the last 3 days but nothing. I drive past MANY Aramex vans in my area, yet my parcel just never finds it's way to me. No communication whatsoever, yet when I track my parcel they *apparently* tried to call me. I am so disappointed in what was once a really great courier service, Aramex needs to step up their game big time!
