Dreadful service

With so many good courier options around I honestly don't know why anyone uses Aramex. received an alert that goods were out for delivery day 1, nothing, same on day 2, same on day 3. needing the delivery urgently I contacted the call center (took about half an hour of holding etc) and the plan they made was such a joke I actually am incredulous. Don't use them!!!
