It is the worst service in SA.They are charging you with good amount of money and than you must take 1 or 2 weeks of your annual leave and sit at home.They will never call you in advance and inform what date and time the parcel is going to be delivered , they can inform you that they were trying to deliver but address is insufficient , уou are not at home ETC.Wuthout any previous phone call .They are just neglective and unresponsive layers. I.m waiting for delivery already 8 days and every day they are finding a new version why it was not delivered.
