DPB*** ********** CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY

Their service is beyond pathetic and useless. I send a parcel last Monday for delivery on Friday as per their special instruction on waybill and today is 8 days later and still no parcel. I have had this happen to me twice now to the same address, 2 parcels 2 different receivers but both same address, low and behold 1 arrives the 2nd they couldn't find the place, how stupid do.you have to be? I will never use them again and most certainly won't refer them to anyone. It would have been quicker for me to drive there myself or send a courier ***eon than use these incomepetant *****s!
