Don't use useless and arrogant Aramex

A parcel was delivered to Aramex Shoprite on Tuesday 04/10/2022 to be delivered to Meyerton in Gauteng, which is 100km away. I was told that it would take 3 days to reach me as this was an outlaying area. On Thursday when I phoned Aramex, I was told on numerous occasions that the package was not on their system. The same happened on Friday, 07/10/2022 until I spoke to a lady which said she will see where the package is. She later phoned back and confirmed that it was in BRITS, the hell know how it gets there as Brits is out of the way towards Meyerton. This morning my wife phone Aramex and a very very arrogant "gentlemen" told her that the package was on the way to us and we just have to wait. Unfortunately she did not took his name. Today I phoned again and spoke to a lady in Durban who said this package now was in Van der Bijl Park and was handed to a 3rd supplier. Supplier 1, 2 and 3. Tomorrow Aramex will most probably tell me the package got lost from either the 4th or 10th supplier. This is very bad service, I definitely do not recommend using Aramex as you can get much better and faster services from sending your package using a donkey cart. Mine was only supposed to be delivered 100km from the sender, but it is now taking more that 6 days to reach me. A donkey cart would have already delivered it in 2 days.
