don't use this company

After scanning my parcel as " Arrived at CT Depot" aramex tells me they are doing a " nationwide" search for the parcel. On the question of compensation, I am told there is none. When reading the terms and conditions , I see that indeed, it is stipulated that aramex may take , lose or break anything you send with them, without any liability. This company likes to use the word "Pledge". Don't be fooled, there is none.
