Don’t use them if you want your goods delivered!

After waiting almost a month for my delivery (previously waited only 5 days with DHL) - my package was delivered but …it was empty. They said they would check the van - then they sent me a case number - and they were supposed to come back to me in 24-72 hours. I followed up after 4 days of no communication -to be told that they are waiting for information and that someone would phone me back. Followed up again after 2 days and no phone call - sorry we will get him to call you back…. Still waiting 2 weeks of following up and still waiting for someone to give me an answer. I don’t know how they are still in business - its ridiculous.
