Don't use them!

I can kick myself for not reading the reviews first before making use of their service. As we heading to lockdown which started on Friday 27th. I made use of their service for a delivery on Tuesday morning 24th and believed it will be delivered the next day. Wednesday I got conformation its out for delivery. It was never delivered on Wednesday, well me being considered did not contact them cause we dealing with the crisis of going into lockdown so I thought they might be loaded with deliveries. Thursday the day before lockdown they phone that they will make delivery. We'll to my disappointment it was never delivered. I paid for a service which I did not received. After numerous text I send them, I was called back from a lady which she told me her name is Simone and the excuse is that on Wednesday the driver got sick. OK, I ask what happened on Thursday for the delivery . She said she don't know what happened. Now I must wait 21days before it can be delivered. I hope people would not make the mistake I did, by not checking in on reviews first!
