Don't use Aramex, you will be disappointed

After, having to wait extra long for my delivery delivery due to delays, I finally get notice that my delivery is on its way, and just in time for Christmas. However due to my complex not having an intercom, the driver just left, without trying to contact me. Note: this is after I changed the delivery to postnet on their app. So I called the call center and after being cut off twice, the 3 person I spoke to advised she could not help, and I must call back the next day to reschedule. My issue is that we leaving early tomorrow on a trip so was counting on recieving my delivery today. Was even happy to meet the driver somewhere.
