One of the worst carriers around - Package has been out for delivery since the 7th of July, we call every day, spending about 2 hours on the phone because either you on hold or the agent drops the call.

When we do eventually get hold of an agent, all that they say is that it has been escalated to Emelia Mphgo - Johannesburg - Contact Center, we have been waiting weeks for her to call back and give us feedback.
