dont use aramex store-to-door special instructions

So i sell things from home. Cause i need money for my kidz. I use the aramex drop box at the pick & pay a lot. Cause thats how my clients get my product. I droped my pakked of the 28.09.2015. At centurion. The next day my klient whould recive the sleef.. so i phoned my klient at 3pm on the 29.09 but nothing so i phone aramex.. only to be told they could not deliver it cause there was no answer at my klients gate.... but on the sleef where you can write \special instructions"i wrote ... phone ***0 for the gate to open!!! Why would i write in rhe special instructions if aramex is not going to read it?? Now im loosing money cause they cant deliver??? Thats not right!!!"""
