Dont use Aramex people

Aramex is worst ever courier company, they told me 3 weeks ago that they can not allocate my parcel, but according to their tracking system its inside and they offer me free drop box....2 things how can they say its free whereas I paid for the one never reach its correct destination, 2ndly how can I trust that they will deliver my parcel again...they don't care about customers.
