DONT USE ARAMEX - PATHETIC customer service sprinkled with LIES and DECEIT!

LIES UPON LIES Parcel was 'estimated to be delivered' by Wednesday. No contact made OR ATTEMPTED yet they claim they tried to contact me and it was unsuccessful and delivery to be rescheduled, the same 'update' on the website for Thursday. Friday comes, I call in (numerous times) and get PROMISED that my parcel WILL be delivered today before 5pm. at 4:41pm there is an update on the website tracking that shows that they now need my contact number. So what number did they ATTEMT to contact me on in the first place? ALL LIES!!! Call in, AGAIN, I get hold of an agent at the call center after waiting for extended periods of time, only to get **** to again. Eventually he claims that their driver 'ran out of time' and they have to reschedule my delivery AGAIN for next week sometime.

PATHETIC service.. sprinkled with lies and deceit!

... not the first time I have had an issue with them. That's why they are NOT my preferred courier. Unfortunately the sender had some reason to have faith in them! USELESS!
