DON'T USE ARAMEX GLOBAL SHOPPER

Aramex is officially the WORST courier company I have ever dealt with and there are some bad ones out there.

We used to use their shop and ship (Aramex Global Shopper) service for our business, but after having received terrible service from their customer service department, we now consider our professional relationship closed.

**NOTE: They do not calculate customs charges correctly and refuse to engage or even explain why customs charges are DOUBLE what they should be. Expect to overpay heavily for your shipments, as the customs amount will be incorrectly calculated each time. Don't say you haven't warned. Not to mention their standard shipping service is also terrible..rather use TNT, FEDEX, UPS or literally ANYONE else..we have given them multiple chances, but they disappoint time and time again.
