DON'T USE ARAMEX

Aramex is disgusting.

Firstly they held my order for 2 weeks after the tracking status was updated to cleared customs.

Then they delivered my parcel to the wrong address and wrong person. On 2 December they updated my order status to delivered to Sipho, which clearly is not me. They did not contact me at all when they delivered.

I phoned them on the same day to explain that the parcel was not delivered to me. They then said I should check with security at the business complex, which I did and they confirmed that they had not recieved anything.

I then phoned 4 - 5 times on the 3rd to tell them security didn't have my parcel. I requested the drivers number to find out which business he delivered to and they declined. They told me multiple times that they were escalating the issue and promised that the driver would come back the same day. The driver never ccame or even tried to contact me.

I am left believing that my parcel is gone, as whoever signed for it has it for the weekend.

The order was from Shein, so I had no control of which company shipped my parcel. If I had the choice I would not use Aramex again
