Don't use Aramex ever

This is my second bad experience with Aramex. I received a message from my Chinese supplier that Aramex intends returning my parcel. My supplier is asking me to assist the customs or goods will be returned.

Aramex have have yet to contact me with customs clearance information.

Aramax - you are a useless company.
