DON'T USE ARAMEX COURIERS

Handed in a parcel for delivery on 21 apr with urgent medical supplies for my son with chronic asthma. They only collected parcel at pnp on 24th. By the 5th may when my son came home, it had still not been delivered. Asked then to reroute it to home address. We have phoned and phoned to no avail. They keep promising to get back to us and never do. On the 15th tracking said put for delivery, but not delivered. Have used up R59 worth of air time hanging on for operator and no one picks up. And they offer an international service too?? I will not advise anyone to ever use them. Luckily my so. Came home in time and could borrow a pump from a friend. Disgusting doesn't describe them.
