Don't use aramex!

Disgusted. This is not the first time that I have used them, not one did I get good service. This last time was the last straw. I used their overnight courier service as I needed something for my sons school today, and I ordered it last week alrrady, it was sent to aramex on the 2nd. I was supposed to get it Friday, monday latest. My son strted school today... I can't get a hold of them and when I do they put the phone down in my ear!
