Don’t use Aramex!!

My parcel has been sitting at the OR Tambo office for almost 2 weeks, I only got a tax notification after hounding Aramex over a period of a few days and was told that the tax notification had already been sent to me previously (which it wasn't). I'm being charged over R1000 tax on items that are worth R1000. I have used aramex multiple times before in the past to ship similar items and I've always been charged less than R400 for items of the same value or even more, so I don't understand why I'm being charged such a hefty tax fee now that's almost 4 times the usual amount for the same items of the same value. Really wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Not to mention the customer service is horrible and nonchalant.
