Don't use Aramex

I don't recommend Aramex to anyone. I sent a parcel using Dropbox at Pick n Pay. 7 days later, parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, wrong recipient. I drove to one of their warehouses but I was thrown from pillar to post. They said they'd deliver the parcel to the correct address but the parcel had been opened and duct taped. I was informed I would be reimbursed but when I followed up, I was told I don't qualify. No one is taking accountability, supervisors are useless. @Simon in Sandton, @Karabo Mphela, @Rethabile Mangoale, @Chantelle van Wyk. All useless Aramex supervisors. Now looking at the reviews, I understand why most people don't recommend Aramex.
