Don't use Aramex

One of the worst customer service. Received shipment 10 days ago from India, when I call them Aramex indicated that a parcel of mine is stuck in customs and port health and it will take 3 to 4 days . The only answer they know is wait for 3 to 4 days. Please don't use Aramex www.aramex.com
