Dont use Aramex.

I bought a parcel from shein. Fully paid for it. Comes to south africa. Aramex. They told me it has stopped by customs and I must pay R160 for the inspection. Paid them. Then the lady cynthia malope said that I must send my ID, Bank statements for proof of payments and shein photo's and the value of clothing. Then she send me back an email stated that shein under value clothing and I must pay R750 penalty fee. Then I send back that they must give me the breakdown what is the R750 for. I have only paid R1484 for my parcel at shein. Then she ask on an invoice from the custom people. I ask if aramex is given out invoice and another women isabel answered me no. On their ***** policy the stated that aramex dont ask additional money. But the invoice I received was on the logo of Aramex with the new amount of R 2068 I musy pay. They ask vat on the customs as well as additional vat on the full amount???how?? And as well send out on the Aramex logo. Not even sars etc. I told them I can not pay that kind of money. Know with other words I have paid R1484 for shein parcel and extrs customs I must pay for over R2000?where do I end up??? South africa just eat up our money. And lying to us that aramex dont ask any extra money so why do they send out customs must be paid by me and it is on a aramex logo send to me. I must say that evertime I send out emails and it was alot. They did respond back. They even want me to review them.
