Don't use Aramax

Received tracking number on the 15th April 2020. After phoning Aramex they said on the 21st the parcel could not be allocated. On the 23rd they said the parcel is gone. I submitted a claim on the 23rd for a amount of R700 that i had to refund out of my own pocket to a client. Until today i havent heard anything regarding my claim.
