Don't trust Aramex courier

Hi I bought one ipad pro and 2 iPhone 6 lcd from my supplier in Durban end of December and he send the items with Aramex on 30 of December 2018 and suppose to be here Cape town. Today is 14 of January 2020 still didn't received my parcel. I send them my tracking number to their agent in Cape town. They don't know where is the parcel .
