Dont trust Aramex!

Aramex has been a huge disappointment! They claim to deliver within 24hours but I have a parcel that has not been delivered in over 10 days. When I called their Cape town office today I spoke to Oskar who claimed to call me back and after 4 hours of waiting I called again and spoke to Isaac who also claimed to call me back with answers about where my parcel is. They both told me that the parcel arrived in Cape Town the 10th of July but they cant tell me where it is now. I need answers.
