Don't trust aramax with your courier services

I placed an order with MAC on the 30th of November, Aramax received the order on the 25th. On delivery I asked the delivery guy to leave it with the guard, he just put the phone down on me. An agent then called and I advised which address to deliver to. From them its been like playing cat and mouse with Aramax. Their call centre when they finally answer calls are useless and their tracking service is an absolute waste of time.

My last update was attempted delivery, even though we are home. The delivery guy probably didn't want to deliver and updated to claim he attempted to deliver to us.

I have never had an issue with any other delivery company, honestly Aramax is useless. If you need a delivery company, please choose one that is reliable and know how to manage customers. Rochelle Doornsamy from their contact centre is as useless as the company.
