Don't ever use Aramex ever, Use another parcel forwarding company. My parcel is held hostage for over 2 weeks without being scanned or shipped

if there was a zero (0) rating I'd give it. Aramex doesn't deserve any stars. I ordered a parcel and sent it to them on my New York Address and my parcel has been sitting there for over 2 weeks now. I sent my parcel to them because i wanted fast shipping but I never got that.

Their service is beyond horrible, I have spent over 3 days separate days on their chat service, each service lasting over over an hour with no assistance. I spent over R150 just holding on the phone with no help, when you ask for a supervisor or a manager they will tell you they cant give you that info as it goes against their company policy.

Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT use Aramex thinking you will get your parcel quickly. Please use other postal services and thank me later.

You cant even have it sent to another company who can do the job, they will charge you an exorbitant amount so basically your parcel will be held hostage. I am beyond mad at this terrible company. They should be closed down.
