DONT CHOOSE ARAMEX, THEY CAN'T HANDLE YOUR PACKAGE!

Poor service!!! Still waiting for delivery of an Express parcel that should have been delivered more that a week ago! I have followed the recommended channels...calling the customer service centre and submitting complaints via their website, but to no avail. Utterly frustrating!!!! Have never had such a bad experience from a courier service. Should get zero rating!!!! With so many other competent courier companies out there, Aramex should not be allowed to get away with such bad business. I, for one, will NEVER use them again. Be warned.
