Don't care about our customer service.

It seems poor service is the basis on which South African companies do business. They have no idea what service management or customer service means. I have tried the online chat help function on Aramex's website three days in a row. It goes well until the chat gets handed off to a consultant, then you simply don't get a response from these guys again. They leave you hanging for hours on end. Hey, Aramex, I have a query, can you resolve it without wasting my time? I have a package that cleared customs on the 14th. It is the 19th now. Why is the process standing still? If it's delivered by UPS I get it the same day it clears customs, what is wrong with you, that you can't deliver the same service? ***
