Don't want to ship my good / take no responsibilit

Hi<br> <br> <br> I have imported 9 packages from the USA via Aramex. All 9 of these packages contained Two way radios. I am a HAM Radio operator so I use it for that. Now I was busy with package number 10.<br> <br> No they say they can't ship it because it is a unacceptable product. So my question was, why did the first 9 packages have no problems.<br> <br> No they say they made a mistake and they can't ship this package due to the fact that they made a mistake for the first 9 packages. <br> <br> Now I must take the financial loss of that?<br> <br> <br> I don't think I am at fault here!!!<br> <br> <br> Very unhappy client, not leaving this here!!!!
