Doesnt know the meaning of overnight delivery

<p>Ref: ********** 8052. I have paid R100.00 overnight delivery for a package that was posted 05/07/2017. I have only intercept my package today 11/07/2017. The company's excuse after taking the R100 was my address is out of a certain radius of their office, so it will take longer but it is due for the delivery the same day (did i mentioned that after they took the R100) that was 07 July 2017 after following up with them. Later that day after calling again we were told that I live in a high risk area and township (however you advertise major cities over SA) AND (that after you took my R100.00) The courier guy phoned me 10/07/2017 to deliver my package and i told him no one was home he asked for my work address which i gave around 12:02 still no package. I phoned the office today 11/07/2017 twice i might add and no one even bothered to answer the calls. After checkin up with the same guy who called me yesterday FINALLY my package gor delivered at 13:52 today.</p> <p>Please relook at your vision and mission statement because clearly you cant live up to your promise. I am actually hoping that my R100.00 will be reimbursed,</p> <p> </p>
