***** Aramex

Aramex lost my package, tracking says it arrived at the sorting facility in joburg and then from there it just goes missing. Once the 'investigation' is done (a total of 1 day) they call and say its been deemed lost and that's that, nothing they can do and you've lost your item and money. Then that's it, they're done with you. No help after that what's so ever.

So if you're planning on sending anything of any value with Aramex, don't. Pathetic service, pathetic customer service.
