Unacceptable, that's all I can say. I have a shipment that has been in Aramex position for over 1 month. The phones do not get answered. Management doesn't care about following up with clients. Promises are made and never upheld. Stay away from Aramex. If I had to compare them to another service provider it would be the South African post office
