Do not use ARAMEX services please.

My very first time using Aramex and definitely my last. I had my parcel sent out on the 13 December and the expected date was the 17 today its the 22 and I still haven't received it. When I call, the agents say the same thing that Ill receive my parcel the following day when the following day comes nothing and I have to call to be told about the following day.
