Terrible terrible company to deal with. The Aramex Global Shopper website is consistently broken; either completely inaccessible or it loads with errors.

Had a package delivered to their US base. Package was not allocated to my account. Have logged two claims already and just get told they've logged it with the remote (US) depot. Nothing gets resolved.

This is now my second package in a row that they've "lost". It doesnt get allocated, and then they say they destroy it because it went unclaimed.

Their support is non-existent. Only an online chat bot that does not resolve anything or put you in touch with an actual person.

At this point, this company is just a **** and should be avoided at all costs.
