DO NOT USE ARAMEX

My parcel was overnighted from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town on the 15th of January 2022. I am still waiting for it to be delivered five days later, The service is terrible. I received a call saying that my parcel will be delivered before 10 I am still waiting. When I called aramex to find out where is my parcel I was told that they cant tell me when I will be receiving my parcel and who the delivery person is as they do not have access to that information.
