DO NOT USE ARAMEX!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

DO NOT USE. Amazon should use a different partner. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. They do not have a customer service number and prevent you at all costs from contacting them. In order to get customer service, one has to fill in an online form. I've filled in two forms. No response. I've written to customer services manager. No response. I've tweeted. They promised me they would get back to me. 24 hours later and still nothing. I can't understand a business that prevents it customers from contact them.
