Do not use Aramex

They took over 3 weeks to deliver one parcel. Promise was 72 hours. They took over a month to deliver a second parcel. Promise was 24 hours.

They lie. They find excuses. They don't inform you when things go wrong. If I hadn't phoned daily and complained until my Parcels were delivered, they might still be lying there undelivered.

I'm now fighting for my refund. Same story. I was promised a refund "tomorrow" for the last few days running.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT KEEP PROMISES.
