DO NOT USE ARAMEX!!

On the 19th I received notification that my parcel was on it's way.I then contacted Aramex to advise that they should deliver on the 25th as I was not home to accept delivery. To this day I have not received my parcel .I called on the 25th ,was advised the drivers did not pick the parcel and they would deliver the following day . The 26th came and no delivery was made. I contacted them onve again on the 27th ,I was first advised the sysytem was offline and should call after an hour , I called again an hour later that is when I was told the driver ran out of time!! Today the 28th April I have no parcel and Aramex is still giving me the run-around about driver delivering until 7pm. Unfortunately for me my service provider is the one who chose this useless courier service and will also be holding them liable for this **** up....
