DO NOT USE ARAMEX

On the 14th of July I posted a parcel with Aramex inside boskruin picknpay. Parcel was picked up same day after 5 and scanned into the sorting facility and that was the end of it. On the 18th of July my client notified me she had not received the parcel. On the 20th I spent the whole Monday trying to get in touch with your call centre and no one answered my call in total I spent 200 rand on the 20th trying to call Aramex On the 21st I spoke to one of THEIR agents and they left me on hold for 2 hours and I dint receive any assistance. On the 22nd I tried to call again and I spoke to one lady who assured me she would escalate the matter and call my client with an update on the parcel and its whereabouts On the 23rd I called again asking for an update in the morning to which I was again put on hold for an hour so I dropped the call and I tried again in the afternoon . The lady I spoke to assured me that my matter had been escalated and they were trying to find my parcel .I asked her to call my client to give her assurance but she did not even after taking down her numbers. On the 24th I called and I was told they had found the parcel and it was out on delivery and that eased my worry a little .But at around 3pm my client called me screaming telling me Aramex had sent her pictures of what she did not order asking if the parcel belonged to her. On the same day I was given this number *** I spoke to a lady who told me she had handed the matter to Thozama and I was going to get my goods delivered . She also gave me Thozamas contact details . Today Monday the 27th of July 13 days after my parcel was sent out . I still called THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN TO TRY AND SPEAK TO THOZAMA. I spent another full day with THEIR agents giving me the run around with no tangible help.Nobody again has managed to help me . That parcel is worth a lot of money and at this point I have had to refund my customer .PLEASE DO NOT USE ARAMEX THEY ARE THE ****TIEST COURIER COMPANY INTERNATIONALLY OR LOCALLY
